Only works if you're rank 60. You can use any unpatched Pursuit bot to reach it very fast if you aren't already!
This method may take up to a day, if you have nothing better to do, rather than click around.
Basically I will show you how to get the "Achievement Edition" CCX really fast and cheap. And cheap, not free. It costs a lot of IGC to get.
You need JitBit Macro Recorder installed to run these. They may work alone, but I can't test it myself.

1. Car Slot Farm
Start it when in
Purchase Cars.
This will buy 50 car slots for you, when using the glitch with latest "pursuit bot". Repeat it 3 times pressing Ctrl+P.
2. Car Purchase Farm
Start it when in
Safehouse itself.
This will buy the first E-class car option, the 125.000 IGC costing Dodge Challanger R/T. Quit the bot by pressing Ctrl+Q. If you're short on IGC, use the "pursuit bot" for about 30 minutes on 0sec mode, then continue.
3. E-class Deleter
Start it when in
Sell Cars.
This will delete all the cars you own in E-class. If your main cars are better than E-class, then they will not be deleted. It chooses the E-class option when selling. It will sell 10 at a time, so either restart the macro, or press Ctrl+P. You could also edit the first line of code in Macro Recorder, from 10 to 100 or more, then it will sell more cars without you having to restart it.
